Spotlight may use certain 3rd party vendors to perform Sewer Lateral Inspections and Gas Safety Inspections. By using these vendors, Spotlight is able to take payment for these services, and in some cases, offer lower prices which makes it more convenient and cost effective for our clients. If any of these services are added through our online scheduler, email requests will automatically be sent to the appropriate vendor listed below.
Sewer Lateral Inspections – Your choice of Sewer Check or The Sewer Pros
Gas Safety Inspections – Your choice of Chowning Heating and Cooling or Safe Flame
Spotlight will perform the Radon Testing and WDI Inspection if requested.
While our scheduler defaults to these vendors, which we highly recommend, you are certainly not required to use these companies. Spotlight will happily help to coordinate the services of your preferred vendors for the above mentioned services as a convenience to our clients. The cost for such services will be set by your preferred vendors and payment will go through your preferred vendors as well.
